The Glass is Half Full :)

Drew had his biopsy today. Next up is a visit with the oncologist on Wednesday. That's when we find out what type of lymphoma it is. He is doing amazingly well today -- good spirits, great outlook on life. Hope we can keep him this way. I started my new job today, so wasn't able to be at the hospital for the surgery. He was visited in the hospital by his pastor, dad, mom, grandparents and sister. He was in and out in less than 4 hours. After lunch out with his dad they both hung out here and watched a movie until we came home. Both of his parents are making a room for him in their homes so they can care for him on treatment days.

He's been keeping busy with phone calls, texts and visits from lots of friends and relatives (in addition to work and school). The twins, Zac & Josh, spent the night Saturday night. Since he found out he has cancer he seems even more tired than usual, so they all hung out in his room Sunday afternoon. This is all pretty draining for him.

Thanks for your prayers. Please keep 'em coming. :)
